Lindsey watched as Amara said her little spill and rolled her eyes slightly as she left the great hall. She honestly did not see Amara as a threat, mostly because she didn't get scared by her. Sure, she respected her as a captain, but that was about it. As lunch disappeared, she grumbled before grabbing her stuff and standing up.
"I'm going to find some more ingredients." Looking over at Avery, she smiled at her. "Hey, I'm going to the greenhouse, want to join me, Avery?" She asked her friend, wondering if whatever had happened they could talk about or maybe this would allow her to get away from others. Lindsey also looked over at everyone else.
"Good luck with the try-outs!" She said, before she headed out, walking through the great hall and towards the green house.
Amelia nodded and waved to Jade before she went to finished her Lunch. As it disappeared, she let out a sigh and wished she had grabbed some more stuff and put in her pocket, but she would just have to deal until Dinner. Then she could grab some more things. Standing, she made her way to the door and to Charms class.
Well, maybe she could do some other stuff and go to the greenhouse soon, but that could wait. It wasn't like she was that into Herbology, but it would be helpful at getting some ingredients. She had heard you needed some stuff for the potions kit before you could get the kit.
Hanna nodded her head in agreement as Sinead spoke, "Yeah, I should of said something at try-outs but I hadn't planned on going until later on so I totally forgot" she chimed in after her dormmate finished speaking before continuing to eat.
She nodded along to the conversation but she had nothing more to say, instead she just ate quietly and poured herself a glass of pumpkin juice to drink. Not long after she finished her food and her pumpkin juice did lunch come to an end, the tables cleared and students began to leave their seats and head to class.
"See you later, I'll see you in potions" she spoke to her fellow 4th years before standing from her seat and leaving the hall.
"I'll be there, I am not missing them again." Sinead said to Amara with determination and then turned her attention to her food and began eating it. Before long lunch has ended, Sinead nodding to Hanna as her dorm mate bid her goodbye and told her that she would see her and the others in class. The brunette sat for a few minutes longer before getting up and heading off to class.

Toby usually spent his free time lounging around in the common room, trying to get his housemates to play a game of chess or another game that he deemed equally enjoyable. That was out of the question though considering that Ryan was in Ravenclaw and therefore wouldn't be allowed in the Gryffindor common room- he could always introduce his new friend to chess some other time.
"That could be cool?" he said, tearing a small piece off of his roll and popping it into his mouth- he didn't really want to spend his free time talking with a teacher, but sacrifices had to be made for the greater good. "I haven't spoken to him yet, I guess I should go do that?" he hoped that Ryan would accompany him instead of allowing him to go down to the dungeons alone with Snape- that scenario was enough to make even the bravest of Gryffindors rethink their choices.
Toby turned to look towards Grace but was a little disappointed when she walked away without showing him the spider- he'd make her show him that evening before bed. "Should we go now, then?" he asked, turning his attention back towards Ryan.

Ryan shuddered again. At least that creepy spider lived with the Gryffindors and he didn't have to worry about it getting loose while he slept.
'Yeah, let's go.' Ryan stood. He decided to keep his hood up for now, as there was something almost safe about it even if it did obscure part of his surroundings.
He went to take a step, and tripped again. Ryan yelled, hands out to try and stop himself, and everything seemed to be in slow motion. He winced, awaiting impact or if somehow Toby was fast enough to try and catch him. Regardless of the outcome, at least he'd learned it wasn't his robes that had caused his fall earlier. Unless he was just so unlucky to have more than one thing against him today.
'Shoelaces.' He grumbled, sitting himself on the floor to carefully and firmly re-tie them. 'It was my stupid shoelaces. I hate them.' Ryan moodily yanked one, wincing as it hurt his foot. Huffing, he got up again and was too embarrassed to make eye contact with Toby.
'Let's uh... yeah.' He stared at his tied shoes. 'C'mon.' Ryan headed for the doors, glad he knew the way to the dungeon well enough to not risk another tripping incident by burying his face in a map.
[OOC: Permission granted for Tobias Twiggs to RP catching Ryan or however it plays out. This is my exit post though - Ryan can comment on it in our next thread.]

Toby pushed up from the table when Ryan confirmed that they should start heading towards the dungeons- best get unpleasant tasks out of the way quickly, less time to dwell on how little they were looking forward to it. However they hadn't even left the table before the sound of Ryan's yell made Tobias flinch- hands flying to catch his friend before he had the chance to fall for the second time that day.
It wasn't a miraculous save or anything, no- Toby merely managed to slow the Ravenclaw's fall and almost toppled over with him, but he'd saved Ryan from sustaining further injury and that was a win in his books. "Wow, I'm glad we're friends... Someone has to make sure you survive the school year" he said rather breathlessly as he recovered from the shock of the almost-disaster and waited for Ryan to tie his shoelaces.
When Ryan had completed the potentially life-saving task, Toby gratefully followed him from the hall, trusting that he knew where he was going. Though, he did make sure to keep a careful eye on the other boy, in case he fancied taking another trip.
