Lizzie & Josie found out a little more about their family, and decided to bring Kai Parker back, to maybe learn something moree about their family, since their parents don't tell them. They brought Kai out of the prison world, but before they could ask him anything, he just left. For the fun of it, Kai brought back a few people in Mystic Falls, before traveling to New Orleans, to bring somebody back there to. He was out for revenge, but considering he had just brought back people from the dead to distract the mystic falls gang, as well as the originals; he had decided that he would wait how it all turns out, maybe he can use Lizzie & Josie to his advantage, and his minions. He seems to be intrigued by Hope Mikaelson too.

New Orleans isn't an exception, as the others are brought back by Kai, Marcus Salvano settles down in New Orleans with his sanctuary. Opening yet another one, to get away from the town where his past lover had died. His sanctuary is a safe haven for all the supernatural species, and he is ready to help the supernatural species in New Orleans to feel safe. The Mikaelsons travels between New Orleans and Mystic Falls, since Hope Mikaelson are attending the school that Caroline built for kids that are supernatural creatures, so they can be themselves.

When will Kai, come out of the shadows, to finish his revenge? And who will win this time?
