#4 - Mushrooms and Maybe More Mayhem

Among the grassy base of the beech tree was a cluster that were easy to overlook, and not as close to the tree as expected. Some were a bit small, and a few had been trampled on by careless students or otherwise.

Once determining those in ideal condition for use as ingredients, it was important to find that balance of firm yet gentle when retrieving them.

It sat within the muddy grass, near gentle ripples of the water's edge. The colour stood out, though the area was rather slippery. Even if careful to pluck it from the mud, collecting it was a messy task.
