Arthur was a little nervous about heading back to Snape's office after he had just been there that morning. What if the professor got tired of him and just sent him away instead of telling him how he could help? Still, Arthur knew he had to try. It wasn't like he had too many better options for spending his afternoon, though perhaps it might've been a good idea to study a little.
Well, he wasn't an OWL student, so that wasn't all that important yet, but he still wanted to make a good impression, not to mention that his uncles would be a little bit put out if he failed all his exams. Actually, he wasn't sure what he would do. He thought he knew enough to pass all of his exams, anyways, and that was what mattered.
He shook himself out of those thoughts and knocked on Professor Snape's door.
With a swish of his wand, the door suddenly swung open -- yet was magically prevented from banging against the wall. The doorway clear, Snape awaited his company to make an entrance and explain why his peace was being intruded upon yet again. He glanced up just enough to see who it was, then resumed his task at hand.
Most notable was a decent stack of leather-bound books on one side of his desk. There were titles such as Unbinding Binding Curses, An Intricate Comparison of Werewolves and Wuffsnouts, The Most Advanced Study of Counter-Poisons, Lost and Forgotten Counter-Curses, and An Ancient Guide to Forbidden Magical Practices.

Arthur jumped a little when the door swung open but calmed himself. He wondered why Snape was always reading books about curses and counter-curses. Maybe it was a hobby? After all, just because he was the Potions professor didn't mean he had to only do Potions things. Arthur didn't only do one thing, though his exams would probably be easier if he only had to do one.
"Uh, good afternoon." Arthur said, uncertain if he needed any introduction. "You said this morning to come back in my free time so I could help out with another task, so, uh, here I am." Arthur wondered if his task would be similar to the parts of the Gryffindor girl's that he'd overheard that morning.
'Find and collect these three ingredients in the proper quantities,' he said. 'Bring them to me, and perhaps I will have another task for you. If you wish to further your studies.'
He wrote the ingredients down, and held it out for Arthur to take. The parchment read:

Arthur took the parchment and looked at the list, thinking that he was rather glad he already had a jar of algae and a mud toadstool. That made things just a little bit easier. Well, he hoped it would. The only worrying ingredient was the Higgus Spores, but if he got yelled at for being in the Forbidden Forest, he supposed he could just tell whoever was doing the yelling that Snape had told him to do it.
"Ok, professor." Arthur said. Then he turned around and headed out, planning the best way to get the ingredients so he could be quick about it. He was glad that Snape hadn't seemed more annoyed than usual at his intrusion.
