#7 - Gems and Nifflers

The response was immediate. Grace didn't even see where he'd come from, but a chubby niffler hurried over - his gaze fixated on the treasure he desperately wanted. As Grace was only a first year, and he was able to determine the gem truly was a gift offering, he was able to jump and snatch it without any assistance or waiting for her to hand it over.

Having claimed his treasure, he hugged the gem and secured it. Then he burrowed deep into the sand in search for a key.

Perhaps it was beginner's luck, but Grace earned the ideal reward on first try. The niffler emerged with a bronze key clutched in hand, which he held above his head in offer for her to accept his gift in appreciation for the gem. Once free of the key, he hurried off into some bushes.
