#7 Supplies for a Timid Boy

Zeke was nervous; the dark drab interior of the basement making him feel somewhat reluctant to move forward. But move forward he did. It may have been a tad creepy, but at least there weren't any people to poke and prod at him! He didn't need to be bothered by any stares, or people trying to speak to him. Though that would very well change, given what he was here to do.

Passing through the basement with a quickness, he made his way into the kitchen, closing the door behind him as he looked around, eager to catch a glimpse of movement. He needed a piece of meat. That's what Professor Fairburn stated in their notice on the board in the common room. A piece of meat, three apples, and some galleons. Simple enough, even if the galleon requirement hit him in the gut somewhat; he only had so many after all.

Shaking his head, he'd rid himself of any and all distractions, before weakly calling out, "Hello?" his voice quivering, and hushed. He needed someone, something's attention; but at the same time didn't want it. It was a completely mismatched feeling, to be sure.
