#2 - The Search Continues

As she searched around, Cintia got discouraged when she didn’t find any of her primary ingredients she was looking for. At least there aren’t any things that want to eat me, the Hufflepuff mused as she took in the nature. It was quite peaceful and silent, with greenery all around. It was very beautiful and made her miss home a little bit.

Cintia didn’t particularly want to start crawling on her belly in the bushes to get the ingredients, so she planned on returning to the castle and grab some nuts from the table during lunch or get some blessed sage from the common room. However, just as she was turning around to return to the castle, she spotted some colors in the trees nearby.

‘Wild primpears!’ Cintia yelped and ran underneath the tree she spotted them at. They were quite high up and she, once again, wished that she’d already learned the summoning charm. Cintia could poke them with a stick to make them fall, but she figured that way, they’d get bruised or wouldn’t be in mint condition.

‘Climbing it is,’ Cintia said and stared determined at the tree. She took a few minutes to calculate the path she’d take, thankful for her exploration days in her home. Cintia took off anything that could catch on the branches, tied her hair up in a bun and jumped on the first knob or branch she could brace on and started slowly climbing up.

It took her a while, but she made it up to the pears and only almost fell twice. It was quite good for somewhere Cintia hadn’t climbed up before. When she was in position, she reached toward the wild primpear, trying to pick it.
