Kassia smiled genuinely at Ashworth's response to her comment. She liked when people were able to pass her comments back to her without getting snippy or rolling their eyes. She followed the other Slytherin's signal to start heading back towards the castle. Kassia was starting to grow cold as well, but did not mention it to Reena.
Her following comment about Seabrook being friendly to her caught Kassia off guard. Seabrook being friendly? To a younger student at that? She was immediately suspicious, but did her best to keep her face impassive. She wasn't sure what Seabrook would get out of that arrangement, but didn't want to upset Ashworth by suggesting she was being used.
"Soup does sound good."
Kassia accepted the invitation graciously, happy to have someone to sit with at lunch. She matched Ashworth's quick pace back to the castle, hoping her own cold and discomfort did not show.
