"Cheers!" Kaspian couldn't hide his expression even if he tried, a smile stretching his face almost ear to ear. He hoped Gerald was satisfied with Seeker over Keeper, but believed he would be. Who wouldn't be excited to be their team's Seeker? Kash leaned toward the first year and gave him a light, friendly nudge with an extended elbow. "How are you feeling, mate?" His words were faint, only for the sidebar conversation between him and Gerald.
Kash handed his borrowed equipment over to the captain, offhandedly tossing her the Quaffle, followed by his broomstick. "I can stick around and give you a hand, Nyx." He expected the offer to be shut down, but it was the least he could do. She gave him a once in a lifetime opportunity, the chance to make Hogwarts history by winning alongside the Ravenclaw Quidditch team. Kash was still beaming with joy -- probably looking like a grinning idiot.
Whether the captain accepted his offer or not, Kash began to trot around the pitch, picking up some leftover equipment that others may or may not have missed. Instead of handing them over to Nyx, he took the initiative to put things away himself. He dropped the more important equipment in the Quidditch trunk and stashed the rest in the provided storage unit. When Kaspian finished, he looked at Nyx and Gerald. "You lot ready to head to lunch?"
Kaspian liked the idea of entering the Great Hall as a team, but didn't know if they felt the same way. He figured they were headed in the same direction -- so why not? Regardless of what they decided, Kash started to make his way off the pitch, as one final, strong gust of wind blew past him. He breathed it in deeply, a smile on his mouth. He'd never forget this day.
