Hanna smiled playfully at her friend as she listened to her speak, her eyes looking around as some other student started passing through the area. That must mean lunch had started, finally! Hannas head snapped back to Elara as her words registered in her ears.
"How dare you! I am an amazing chef I'll have you know!"
A rant was brewing inside her as she looked at her friend before turning away from her and heading for the great hall, there was no point playing into her ploy of getting her worked up.
When other students began to make their way into the hall, Elara perked up- knowing that the time must've finally arrived for them to go to lunch. She was absolutely starving and definitely wouldn't be wasting the opportunity to eat her weight in delicious food. "Sure sure, a great chef- I'd rather not talk about your cooking and focus on the food that we're actually being served this afternoon!" she joked, knowing that if they continued, Hanna would launch into some kind of rant. She didn't have the patience to endure such teasing for long.
"Sure, stop by the Hufflepuff table if you want" Elara said to the Slytherin before heading into the great hall with food on her mind.
